The Isabela State University – Roxas Campus proudly celebrates another significant achievement as it successfully secured ISO 9001:2015 Recertification from TÜV NORD during the audit held on June 19, 2025.
A noteworthy highlight of the audit in the part of the library was the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), which fully complied with other ISO requirements. The on-site assessment was conducted across the three (3) library sites within the campus, showcasing the library’s commitment to excellence and quality service.
Ms. Amelita Lilibeth Cruz, Audit Team Member and assigned auditor, led the thorough evaluation, accompanied by Ms. Ivy Camille M. Gan, Campus Chief Librarian, who guided the site visit and provided comprehensive insights into the library's systems and practices.
This successful recertification reflects the dedication and collaborative efforts of the entire ISU-Roxas community in upholding quality management standards. The library remains steadfast in its mission to continuously improve and deliver excellence in education and public service.
