IMBIAO, ROXAS, ISABELA | JUNE 9, 2026 โ€” In celebration of the 48th Founding Anniversary of Isabela State University, the Isabela State Universityโ€“Roxas Campus Library actively participated in the campus-wide community outreach initiative โ€œDALOY: Serbisyo Para sa Komunidad,โ€ held at Imbiao Integrated School, Roxas, Isabela on June 9, 2026.

Spearheaded by the Office of Extension and Training Services, headed by Assoc. Prof. Janet P. Cunanan, PhD, with the generous sponsorship of the Local Government Unit of Roxas under the administration of Hon. Benedict C. Calderon, and with the support of Hon. Jonathan Jose โ€œTotepโ€ C. Calderon, Board Member of the 5th District of Isabela, the activity exemplified the Universityโ€™s enduring commitment to extending the transformative power of education, knowledge, and service beyond the campus and into the communities it proudly serves.

The participation of the ISUโ€“Roxas Library reflected the libraryโ€™s role not only as a center for knowledge and learning, but also as a vital partner in advancing community development, inclusive access to information, and lifelong learning. Through this meaningful engagement, the Library reaffirmed its belief that knowledge becomes most powerful when it is shared, made accessible, and translated into service that touches lives.
