A new academic journey begins as Isabela State University–Roxas Campus warmly welcomed its new and returning students during the Student Welcome Program and Orientation 2026, held at the ISU Gymnasium, Rang-ayan, Roxas, Isabela.

Anchored on the theme “Pannakikaddua 2026: Connecting, Learning, and Thriving,” the gathering marked the official opening of Academic Year 2026–2027, bringing together the ISU community in a spirit of fellowship, learning, and shared purpose.

As part of the welcome activities, the ISU–Roxas Campus Library conducted a Library Orientation to familiarize students with its facilities, resources, services, policies, and learning support. The orientation highlighted the Library as a welcoming space for learning, research, collaboration, and academic growth, while also introducing students to the various electronic resources and online databases available to support their studies and research.

To further encourage the use of digital learning resources, informational pamphlets on the Library’s available e-resources were distributed to students, providing them with essential information on how they can access and maximize these resources for their academic needs.
Through this initiative, the Library continues to strengthen its role as an essential partner in student learning, providing accessible print and digital resources that empower ISUans to learn, explore, and thrive throughout the academic year.

Welcome, ISUans! May Academic Year 2026–2027 be a meaningful journey of learning, connection, discovery, and growth.
