Isabela State University–Roxas Campus has successfully completed its 4th Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001:2015, conducted by TÜV NORD Philippines, Inc., and was recommended for the continued maintenance of its certification with ZERO NON-CONFORMITIES—a testament to its commitment to quality, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Among the offices that actively contributed to the successful audit was the ISU Roxas Campus Library (Midsite), which presented and made available the necessary documents and records demonstrating the effective implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of its library services and processes. The Library’s commitment to systematic documentation, efficient service delivery, and quality assurance further strengthened the Campus’ overall compliance with the ISO standards.

A notable highlight during the audit was the presentation of the Library Attendance Log-In System (LIAS), an innovative system developed to facilitate the efficient and systematic monitoring of library users and attendance. The system was commended by the auditor as a noteworthy initiative, recognizing its contribution to improving operational efficiency, data management, and the delivery of responsive, technology-driven library services.

This achievement is more than a certification—it is a reflection of a shared culture of quality, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Every office, unit, faculty, staff member, and stakeholder has contributed to this milestone, proving once again that excellence is achieved through collective commitment and purposeful action.
